My husband loves the variety of beers but I was thinking of cancelling subscription due to reduced budget related to COVID. After speaking to Douglas your advisor he offered me a good deal for next month so my husband can have something he loves still. Thank you Douglas.

I have always enjoyed fantastic service from beer52. I find that the beers can be a little pricey however considering that most cannot be picked up in a supermarket, it is worth the extra spend. Only negative is that there have been several occasions where the deliveries have been significantly delayed or damaged in transit and it has taken my intervention to receive a replacement

Got into the subscription through a discount. Pretty decent selection of beers. Snacks were two granola bars. Included a magazine about beer. Liked that there were beers I wouldn’t normally buy. Cancelling was very simple, just required a quick phone call. Delivery was on time. No broken bottles or cans.

Called today to cancel my subscription. Wish this was something I could do online as I’ve been meaning to do it for about 6 months. Was happy enough with the subscription, I’m just not a huge fan of craft beer.

Great beers and sterling service. Good selection of light and dark ales and some surprisingly unusual ones that I had not heard of which was great. Douglas Munro was polite and helpful when I engaged with the customer service team. As you can subscribe online you ought to be able to unsubscribe that way too - but this is a minor point. Overall, excellent concept and great service. Cheers! DH

Thanks for the quick delivery of the 8 beers. I'm a traditional IPA drinker so found the Aussie selection a little to modern for my taste. Price point is double what I would typically pay for a bottle of good ale. Nice to try them and may consider them as a present in the future. Cheers

The beers I've had were lovely and deliveries arrived as expected. Whenever I've spoken to their customer service team they have been friendly and efficient in sorting things out (I spoke to Douglas - nice chap). Their normal monthly boxes are a bit too expensive for me at the moment (out of work currently), but the beers are good quality

The beers we had were really nice and we enjoyed the overall experience of beer 52. Douglas, who I spoke to on the phone was also very helpful and professional although the phone line was very busy and it took a while to get to talk to someone.

Hard to get through to the company as they're often flooded with calls. Matt was helpful with the cancellation process however once I did eventually get through

Swapped delivery address as I ordered for my Stepdad for Christmas and now I fancy a few new beers. Douglas was very helpful and informative, only problem there was a bad echo on the line, very annoying when speaking and hearing everything you say repeated a second later.
