“For the time I was with Beer52 it was alright and the beers were fine, delivery was good and fast. However due to health reasons that does not allow me to drink I have had to cancel my subscription.”

“Customer service is prompt, personal and friendly. Douglas listened to me on the phone and offered me alternatives. Delivery was on time as promised too. Beer was good but not massively diverse. You could get 3 or 4 out of my 8 in supermarkets.”

“It was nice to get a box though the beers were not the most exciting ranges. Mostly IPA's. However, Kirsty on the phone was lovely.”

“Twice I have ordered, twice they haven’t arrived when they said they would. First time, I got in touch with support who were very apologetic. They got my beers to me in the end. Took them more than 3 weeks after I was supposed to receive them though. Second time, I got in touch with support. Was given the same excuse as the first time and was told it would be another 2 weeks before they could get them to me. In the end they just cancelled my order.”
