Loved the concept but learnt it wasn't for me. Customer service has always been great - just spoke to Douglas who was very clear and helpful, price was good value for trying out new things and delivery was very simple.

We started having a monthly subscription during lockdown. Beers a bit variable but always well packaged and no problems with delivery or customer service .

Great beers and service, it was just a bit too pricey for me. When I called to cancel, Douglas was very helpful and friendly.

Advisor was affable and listened to what I had to say, working with me to get the right result with my subscription. Prompt follow-up email and didn't feel strong-armed into doing something I didn't want.

Good selection of beer, if a little strong for my palate, always delivered when expected, always in good condition. Price seems comparable with other competitors and I would (and have) recommend Beer52 to craft ale lovers

I loved my subscription - always an excellent variety of beers! Unfortunately, I now have to cancel it as I'm leaving the country. Spoke to Douglas Munro on the phone who said I could get my final box with a discount as I had credits in my account. This is great! However, I must call again after the final box arrived to cancel. Would have been better if the subscription could be cancelled immediately without having to call again, or that cancellations can be done online rather than having to call. Apart from that, I'd recommend Beer52 to anyone who loves craft beers and is keen to try new stuff!

The beer is good but for health reasons I need to take a break. Trying to cancel or longterm suspension is not made easy by Beer52 on the website and not much better by phone. Douglas very helpful and understanding but waiting 7 minutes to get through not good!

he product is exactly as expected and cannot be faulted. I had to cancel my subscription after using a gift code voucher due to monetary constraints. The reason for the 4 stars is because the subscription has to be cancelled through a phoneline and force customers to remain on hold. Plus, the mandatory questions to convince customers to remain members of the service is a bit 'last decade.' Though, I found the gentleman on the phone, Mr Douglas Monro, to be a perfectly considerate person. I never felt rushed or judged. There was no further pressing on any matters and no intrusive questions. Very good.

Customer service has always been very good. I had to cancel and I’m self employed and work is a bit slow at the moment. Douglas was excellent, he explained the options and I felt he understood my financial position. Really good service guys, will be back hopefully in the future when things improve
