“Phone lines busy today but once I got through to Douglas he was very helpful - no hard sell when I asked to cancel my subscription, nice and helpful. The beers are great too!”

“Ordered as a gift, so can’t comment on beers themselves. Rang up to cancel subscription as only wanted one box. Douglas was very friendly and made it quick and easy to cancel.”

“Douglas was a credit to the company - polite, professional but light hearted! Cancelled as a few too many fruity beers in the pack for my liking, but some really good IPAs. Oktoberfest pack was brilliant!”
