“great stuff”

“I cannot complain about the service and the quality of the beers some of which I have enjoyed although a lot have been enjoyed by my friends (think I am basically a lager lout). I talked on the phone to Douglas today and he was very helpful,as I am thinking of leaving, he persuaded me to stay for at least another month as I had earned quite a bit of credit WI’ll see how it goes.”

“Douglas was very helpful and outgoing on the phone. Unfortunately I needed to cancel my subscription, however, he did his best to tempt me to stay with a great offer but was perfectly understanding when I politely declined. I will be back in future when in need of some tasty beers from Beer52!”

“I have been a customer for over a year and loved the beers. Unfortunately heading to Australia soon so was unable to continue my subscription. The cancellation call was straightforward and made much easier by Douglas - a very nice and genuine sounding guy. Customer service is incredible and he's funny too! Thanks for all the fantastic beers and service Beer52”
