Like many people do with subscriptions - I signed up to an initial offer and forgot to cancel (entirely my fault). Got through to Kirsty who was outstanding at dealing with my issue, and provided loads of great alternatives to the monthly subscription.

They appear to get the hump and fail to return emails after you tell them you don't want their exclusive one time offer in an attempt to keep you from cancelling the membership. I only want the free one month trial. I left this same review on Google and they appear to have removed theirself from Google reviews. Maybe cause there were many bad and honest reviews.

Great selection of beers, free delievery and some nice freebies. Customer service was fab as well, I decided I would prefer to use the bottle shop and choose the beers that I loved over the subscription and Kirsty was super frinedly and helpful in assisting me.

I've been with Beer 52 for over five years now and most of the time things go smoothly. I've had a few delivery problems when cases have gone astray during the Covid period, but people like Angus pull out all the stops to make sure you get your beer and make you feel a valued customer.

Good products and good selection - perhaps a little pricey for what you get but it's stuff you can't easily find elsewhere. Customer service is excellent! Kirsty could not have been more helpful.

Have been really impressed with the customer services at Beer52. There was a bit of a queue to get through but when there Kirsty was very polite and helpful. I was talked through my options and was able to do what I needed.

There was a bit of a phone queue to get through, but once through, customer services were v helpful. Doulgas was v professional and polite, spoke through all relevant options and was able to do what I needed.

I phoned to discuss cancelling my subscription as I have had it for a while and fancied a change. Discussed options with support agent (Douglas) and we agreed to pause for 3 months. This was a good outcome and Douglas was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the time I had to wait in thw queue on the phone. This is the 3rd time I have had a ~15-20 min wait
