“I bit of a weird one, as I cancelled my membership. However... The process of cancelling was not made intentionally difficult (see Amazon etc, etc...), the people I've spoke to at Beer52 have always been lovely, and the beer was really nice. Unfortunately, I just don't drink that much beer! All the best for the future Beer 52, and please don't change!”

“Can't fault Douglas Munro for his Customer service. I called up today to cancel my subscription and rather than just cancelling it, he advised me that I had £8 of credit to use towards my next box”

“Great beers from a range of company's, there's a mix of beers so it never gets boring with quick delivery. Spoke with Douglas to cancel, he was friendly and offered alternative options but didn't hassle me to stay when I committed to cancelling, all in all very happy 👍”
