“Great beers and tastings. Massively let down by delivery issues it seems yet again. So no live tasting for us tonight. £3 credit on account - erm how much have I paid for this weeks beers for live tasting that we aren’t getting in time. Oh yeah, at least twice that!”

Hey Darren, Thanks for the review. Sorry to hear you were a little disappointed with the multiple beers for the tastings. We were too, it's not something we like to do, unfortunately, Covid19 threw in a little curveball in which we had to adapt quickly. We're back on track now so each customer will receive the same beer for the weekly tastings.

“Good to try a different beer each week but would like a bit more variety of styles. Seems to be a lot of American style pale ales and not many dark beers. The whole interaction on line thing is a bit overplayed. Tweet regularly with my views but no acknowledgment.....”

“Just a little disappointed to buy a Beer Box as a gift and see that it doesn't come in a box and cannot be presented as a gift to the recipient. I just received my beer in the delivery box from Parcel Force.”

Hi Lydia, Thanks for the feedback. It's a balancing act making sure our packaging is robust enough to reach you safe and sound but also looks and feels good. If our packaging was a car, it'd definitely be a Volvo. Having said that, we're looking at ways to improve the packaging experience for gifts and should have an improved version soon. Matt

“In the first year, Beer Bods delivered some fantastic beers, some that I now order repeatedly. Can't help but feel the quality has dropped off somewhat, and I can't remember the last really good beer I had that I'd order again.”
