“I’ve received yet another delivery with damaged packaging and had to throw out a meal. This is now a consistent problem with it happening 3 or 4 times and this is not acceptable for such a premium priced service.”
“The choice has diminished. The food taste has changed, eg the Mexican bean soup that used to be my favourite. Unfortunately the one I had in my last order has huge pieces of beef fat that was unpalatable. The dinners have become watery, I don’t know why. Last, the continuous broken and missed items in my last few orders. I’ve had enough. Very disappointed to say the least. No more.”

“WA based client; charged weekly for 3 x weeks until I requested a refund - was told I clicked for weekly signup; but delivery to WA is only once a month. When the delivery arrived I received 4 x boxes of frozen goods; who has space in their own home for that amount of frozen food. waste of money. Promises to hold stock in storage were not kept. So overall disappointed that food will likely be thrown in the bin as I have been so let down that I just am not interested in trying the programme. For all the headaches, the food itself is average.”

“I really wanted to like this food but everything was frozen!? I thought it would be fresh and when heated up all the meals were watery, had no texture and generally bland. Protein balls were nice but the frozen food was awful. I’m sorry, but I’ll never buy again. Delivery was good and on time”
