“Undecided. Need to try again. Very bland and so had to add salt to all the CSIRO low carb meals. Hoping that more prawn and quality fish low carb meals will be added to menu. I don't like to eat too much red meat. The quality of the fish in the fish curry was not that tasty, fresh / melt in your mouth, how I like fish if I cook myself.”
“Soups and main meals are quite good, however the cheesecakes are definitely not edible. I’m not very fussy (when it comes to diet food) however this was one meal I just couldn’t eat & had to bin. Quite annoyed given the amount I paid for all of them as well.”
“The food was not bad. A bit watery but that is because there are no fillers added. It just didn't work for me. There were two days I couldn't eat all of the food but other than that and one night of 3 vodka soda's, I followed it to the 'T'. I walked for 45 minutes every day and drank 3 litres of water a day. I only lost 2kg's. Not the 5-6kg's as advertised. I get it that there are disclaimers saying it doesn't work for everyone. Unfortunately I was one of those that it doesn't work for.”
“To be honest, I didn't love the meals. I have compared several similar meal delivery services, and whilst service and delivery was great, and the breakfasts are also good, the frozen meals I did not enjoy. They lacked in flavour, were often homogenous in texture, and had way too many mushrooms for someone who doesn't like mushrooms. Won't be ordering meals again but the snacks, breakfasts and smoothies are a good option.”
“I like the protein ball snax, the breakfast cereal, little egg and bacon things....although I thought they would have been bigger. However the night meals I didn't like at all. I think there was ONE chicken dish which was ok.....the rest...watery yuk. Sorry. I wish I could say something better. The icecream dessert substitute was ok....but more like flavoured ice. Certainly NOT worth the money I paid. Am at present trying out the opposition which is much better.”
“Food was tasty, portions small, the protein balls delicious. Only did 7 days as missed fresh salads and veg etc, plus I like cooking. Facebook group was ok if you only had positive comments.”
“Food is good for a diet but you get a bit over the soups and the texture of the food after a few weeks gets a bit much. Needs to be more solid foods to chew on.”
