“Brilliant customer service again from Bella they really do go the extra mile, great to deal with a company that cares..Already ordered my second vanity unit and basin can’t wait to see it finished.”

“Do not use at all cost. Thieves who damage returned goods in order to not refund you. Delivery is so slow and no communication. if I could leave them no stars I would! Do not make the same mistake as me. Read all the reviews all had the same problem. Go to Victorianbathrooms4u instead they were amazing.”

“Terrible customer service item returned and they refused to refund. Because we could not prove that the tray was damaged in transit. Note when returning the item, we insured it but used the original packaging. When we tried to claim due to Bella bathrooms refusing to refund us we were told that the insurance would not pay. This is due to the original packaging not being adequate. Do not use this company, If there is any risk you may want to return an item. Below is a photo of the damage as well as damage to the box it was delivered in.”

“This company is local to me and they offer top quality Bathrooms at great prices, everything has good warranties and all fully backed by UK manufacturers, the staff are helpful and friendly and if Im stuck or need any advice i can just pick up the phone, well done Bella Bathrooms a company that's got thing right for once.”

“This company really does go that little bit further, Danielle has been great from start to finish, she recommended lots of products and what would be suitable for the small space i had available, the goods were delivered on time from a courier and everything arrived in good condition, very well packed and wrapped, I would definitely use Bella Bathrooms again as you just cant fault the good service.”

“My bathroom was nearly complete. All I needed was a bathroom cabinet for my sink to sit on. I ordered from Bella as I thought they were a reputable company. What a mistake I made. The item arrived and looked good. A 2 drawer bathroom unit with soft close drawers. However, when I unpacked it I found that 3 out of 4 of the mechanisms for the soft close drawers inside the unit were broken resulting in the drawers not closing properly. Not acceptable for a £292 item. As this was now unpacked in my bathroom I decided that rather than re-packaging the item and waiting for an exchange to have the same potential issue I would offer to fix this myself by having the broken parts sent to me. I would simply replace these myself. I then began the painful communication with Bella. It took 16 e-mails over 59 days to eventually receive the replacement parts, whilst the unit sat on my bathroom floor. Horrendous service!!”

“Delivered next day as promised, very happy with my purchase and loved how easy the website was to use, I’m in my 70s and needed a little advice and the girl on the phone helped me put a few things right before I made my order, when the order was despatched they called me to advise how the delivery would work and I made sure my son was here to help me, didn’t ever think it would be so easy to order on line.”

“Bought our 2nd Bathroom from Bella, the websites easy to use and the delivery was on time and very easy to arrange, they made sure it was delivered on the day I requested and all arrived in good condition, the delivery was taken to my garage and I was given 24hrs to inspect the goods and this was Plenty of time to have a good check through that everything was in good order. I did have one item missing, my bath waste, called the customer service team who advised me to check in the toilet pan as they usually get put inside, low and behold it was in there, thank you again for a great service.”
