“Very unhappy with the product very poor stretch in it I brought the large size still didn't stretch probably and the material is cheaper made as well not happy customer at all”

“Really disappointing customer service. The product was too big and I returned in the appropriate packaging and labels and they told me it was lost in the warehouse and have not issued a refund. This is outrageous and I have shown them proof of purchase.”

“I found the shorts and knickers are not true to size. They are a very small make not happy with the purchase and unable to return them as I mislaid the labels”

“Underwear is beautiful to look at and the feel is one of quality, however the sizing is totally incorrect and very small fitting, even the voluptuous size is smaller then a standard size 14 to 16, ashame I can’t wear the $400 worth I bought.”

“Bought the travel undies which aren’t high-waisted on me, as I’d expected. Although I sized up, they gripped tightly around the waist giving an unflattering line, were very uncomfortable and I’ll never wear them. Sadly I washed them, as advised before wearing, so I can’t return them.”

“the so called soft Bella Racer back bra is very long so it nearly sat at my waist and then when positioned rolled up to my bra line, will no sit flat. I did carefully check my size from the NAT try on and the bella bodies size chart. Sad but this is not a fits all bra.”

“i bought some white high waist underwear year and a half ago they where on special. the ones i purchased after the 3 rd order were not the right size as what i have previously bought . your sizing chart is not same as underwear. cheers”

“When I sat down in my anti char shorts they split in the bottom area.. I was advised that I was the luckiest person as this has never happened before!!! Another pair pulled in between the legs.. I got 1 wear out of my pants.”

“I've worn the Bella Bodies nude underwear twice, and now the seam has come undone. They're going straight in the bin. Very disappointed considering the price point, I was prepared to spend a little more for good quality underwear but this isn't it.”

“First purchase of Ruby Lace bra. Tried on and fitted okay. Had read a couple of reviews on another site advising fabric was scratchy. I hand washed the bra in delicate laundry liquid and couple of days later wore it. Half way through the morning it was irritating me and I had a rash on the scallop edge of the band. Photographed it and advised Bella Bodies - was advised because I'd washed it and worn it, it couldn't be returned and sorry it didn't work out for you. Bad customer PR as far as I'm concerned. Some form of compensation would have been nice even if it was the international postage refunded. I have unsubscribed and won't be using this company again. They even admitted they have had a few comments re the scratchy fabric (although not many).”
