“The last purchase size S is going in the rubbish”

“I purchased a bra in the size XV which stated it would fit 120-125cm around the chest. Upon opening it, I could tell straight away it was way too small. It looks like a little Size 14 bra. I appreciate I bought it as a final sale item, therefore unable to return it, but the sizing is completely off the charts and that isn't my fault. Very disappointed.”

“So disappointed! I tried them on and they fit beautifully until I wore them for 20 minutes then the horrible endless pulling them down from riding up constantly!! All day I was doing this until I got home finally and took these horrible things off. These were the travel girl shorts… I just wonder if the other girl shorts are better fitting and stay in place?”

“Sorry I could not wear the underwear I ordered as the material they are made of made the underwear slide down my body while wearing them. Waste of my money as I had already washed them to wear so could not return.”

“I returned your bras with a note. The size with underbust measure of 105cm had only 74cm of u/bust fabric. I buy for comfort, not pain. The daily corset went yrs ago, so why do bra companies insist we wear overtight elastic bands??”

“I loved my Bella Racerback bra and looked forward to wearing it. However, in less than a day, it rubbed the skin off my back. I have given the bra to an op-shop and I hope that someone else will be able to enjoy the bra. The bra was made of a light fabric which I think would be good for traveling. The construction of the bra looked like it would durable over time. I gave the bra one star because I couldn't wear it. If it hadn't rubbed me raw, I think that I would have given the bra five stars and bought more for traveling.”

“Paid a premium trying to support an Australian small business to be treated like I was stupid. Customer service is about retaining customers - but Bella Bodies response to a request from me was more about a sustainable business ( ie making money) than doing the right thing by repeat customers. The response to a simple request ( which could have handled in so many different ways) was so insulting I will never be buying from Bella Bodies again. Better value and product elsewhere Subsequently I asked to be removed from all records - yet still received an email for a review”

“Underwear is beautiful to look at and the feel is one of quality, however the sizing is totally incorrect and very small fitting, even the voluptuous size is smaller then a standard size 14 to 16, ashame I can’t wear the $400 worth I bought.”
