“I have had a few wonderful years of education great hair and delivery service but the last few orders have not felt like the great hair of the past. The keratin bonds are not lasting and the hair is shedding rapidly im sorry to say this because you have had the best hair in the past, and it has not be the same quality lately”

“I absolutely loved my associate that helped me, she answered all of my questions (and I had a lot) and made sure to guide me to the proper choice for my client. I also received my order very quickly and was very satisfied with the professionalism. I was disappointed, however, in the quality of the weft I received. It has been shedding non stop and I’ve had several complaints from my client. I would be unlikely to purchase this weft again. I tried to attach photos but it wouldn’t let me”

“The ends are extremely thin and they don’t work with my hair at all. I’ve had extensions from other brands at the same length and these just didn’t blend in with my hair.”

“I have ordered both K tips which were great and I left a great review but I switched to I tips for the fact they last longer in time or usage and I’m not happy with them. They tend to slip more and fall out. Yes I had them professionally installed which cost about $500 - $100 per pack. Plus the extensions cost $800. They were installed with Bellami beads and correctly put still slipped a lot in a short time which was about 3-4 days and lost 3 already. Plus the extensions seems to be thinner then the ktip itself. Kinda disappointed and may go back to k tips but the coat is getting a bit much.”

“J’ai été déçu de ma dernière commande pour des cheveux wavy qui sont raides finalement après le lavage. J’ai dû rembourser ma cliente. (Je n’ai rien à dire sur la qualité des cheveux de mes dernières commandes). Je trouve malheureusement que le service en France n’est pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Pas de commercial ou d’interlocuteurs français, le site est mal traduit, et ce n’est pas acceptable pour une marque haut de gamme.”

“I’m very unsatisfied with the quality of the hair. It’s not like it used to be and it gets very tangled. I’m not sure ever order again. I spent a ton of money to buy myself as a stylist hair to advertise my business and as a birthday present and it’s terrible.”

“I have purchased twice my biggest issue with the hair is the top how the hair is super short on the top and pokes the skin and with time it gets worse . I have had extensions where there hair doesn’t break on the top or pokes . No happy wish they had hair that doesn’t have hair on the top of the extension that pokes”
