I requested a cancellation 5m after placing the order and still have no reply, this was on the 22th November, it’s the 17th and no items and no reply on my 2 emails and Klarna is requesting payment. Not happy

Ordered on 23rd November and still hasn’t been picked up by Royal Mail No contact from customer services despite several emails enquiring for a status update Utterly useless service and terrible customer experience I am not even able to get in contact with anyone about a refund Shocking

Appealing service, been waiting 3 weeks for my items when package arrived it was the wrong items. Tried to contact numerous times via phone, email and social media. Avoid using this company.

Never received the order Had the claim refund via clearpay as the company would not reply back to my email. Honestly such a bad experience will avoid the company at any cost !!!

I placed an order at the end of November I was sent a dispatched email with tracking no but royal mail still haven't received package. I gave Sent numerous emails asking for details after about 3 or 4 days I got an email to say I'd received a refund on two of the items as they were out of stock that had apparently already been dispatched.....I emailed again asking where the rest of my order was to which I received an email saying now you've received your order needless to say I'm not impressed.

I ordered two hoodies at the end of November and have received confirmation of order and a dispatched notification but after multiple emails to you to ask for tracking details as it is no where to be seen, not one reply! I appreciate the strikes but it has nearly been a month and a simple reply from your team would be appreciated. I have also tried your phone number 3 times to which no one answers so am starting to wonder if you’re a real company?

Trousers arrived and after trying on the shape of them were nothing like the displayed image when purchased! Very disappointed!

Item a completely different colour. Advertised as a light blue denim. Arrived black. Nice chap in customer service offering returns label but told black is the true colour. Disappointing to receive this so close to Xmas without time to rectify.
