“Goods arrived in good time. I returned the jumper as it had a saggy squarish neck which I didn't like. Also, the under arms cut didn't fit properly. Returned at my cost which I sort of accept, then refunded promptly”

“2 out of 3 items were ill-fitting. I've sent the jeans back; they were supposed to be a high-rise fit and they were certainly low-rise, which was disappointing. A short sleeved summer shirt came up small. I've been a 38 chest my hole life but this was more like a 36 fit, pulling at the buttons. Still, the jumper was well made.”

“This is a quality jumper for a fantastic price. I bought it in the sale for my husband. Delivery was very fast and returns super easy. I bought the wrong size and needed to exchange for the correct size. When they received my returned item they sent out the replacement. Most other companies need you to return the order ,they refund you and you are required to re order. Annoyingly long winded, this company deals with returns swiftly. We recieved the correct size within days of sending the 1st back.”
