“Bought a new 11,500 gas generator in October 2024 , the battery has been doomed since day 1 and has to be charged with booster every time we use it. We work away so it only gets used for a few days every couple of weeks . Called Benchmark directly and they refused to help only if we purchase a new one from them. Buyers beware this is not a good company to deal with when having any kind of trouble with their products.”
