“Deeply appreciate the care and attention given to my order. The sterling silver Tree of Life pendant and the companion sterling silver snake chain I ordered were exquisite. Dear Merlyn, We are sorry that your package was not delivered by the post office. We shipped your order the same day it was placed as you can tell by the tracking number. For some reason they claim to have made multiple attempts to deliver, but the school was closed. We can refund you or ship out a new package. Benny's Educational Toys

“I placed an order a while back. Was informed that it would take some time to ship and deliver. I waited and waited. When I reached out to confirm ETA, I received an email, stating that there was an error in the spelling and the price was reduced. If course, I was disappointed with the company's customer service, especially since the word that was misspelled is 'ISRAEL' . Additionally what bothered me was that customer service didn't bother to notify me in a timely manner. Of course I cancelled the order.”
