Please don't send me a thing to review before I've received the order. Last order and this one, I've gotten this before I got the order and that doesn't make me want to give you a good review.

Dear Harvey, I am very sorry you did not get your order in the time you wanted it, but you should know that the shipping time is quoted in business days. You placed your order on Saturday September 4th. This is not a business day. Sunday September 5th wasn't a business day as well. Monday September 6th was Labor day - Again not a business day. Tuesday and Wednesday were Rosh HaShana. It specifically states on our website that we are closed and don't ship on Jewish holidays. We shipped your order right when we came back after Rosh HaShana, and it got to you within 4 business days. (You chose the 4-6 business days shipping method). By giving the product and company a 1 star review, you hurt our business without justification. Sincerely, Benjamin Keren

My purchase has not arrived yet. I could have used it yesterday. I am not able to review it. Very disappointed that it did not arrive on time.

I still haven’t received my purchase, a week after I ordered it!! Very disappointed, wanted it in time for Rosh Hashanah - it was a plush shofar. I won’t shop from you again.

Hi Lily, Your package was delivered only yesterday. I am sorry it took a whole week to get to you. The reason for the delay is that you have input a wrong address for the order. Hice 2 ordenes desde el dia 17 de Enero,y todavia no las he recibido,todos los dias me dicen que ya llegan,y todavia nada.Porfavor deben ser mas serios y responsables con las compras de los customers,pues es dinero lo que esta en juego,y la necesidad de los productos que se compran.Espero que mejoren el servicio al cliente.Gracias.Shalom.

I am very sorry about the delay in your order. We are waiting for the Aron Kodesh you have ordered to come in from our manufacturer. It is made by a carpenter here in New Jersey, and they were short in staff because of the Corona. We should get it in any day now and will immediately ship it to you. Used Google translate: Lamento mucho el retraso en su pedido. Estamos esperando el Aron Kodesh que ha pedido a nuestro fabricante. I thought they would hold a Hanukkah candle and stop the dripping. The candle would have to be heated a little to stay upright. A waste of money

Please note that you have one more box to be delivered to you! You are a long time customer of ours, and have always received all of your orders complete, and in a timely manner. When you have an issue with an order it would be wise to contact the Seller before posting a negative review that might imply to potential customers that this company ships only half of your orders! Deborah Hi, I am sorry you have not received your order yet. I have just tracked it. It was shipped in a timely manner - but for was delayed by UPS. Here is the tracking number: 1Z039EE10396046451 - It was "Stuck" in California from 12/6/2016 till today. It is actually on the UPS truck for delivery today (12/13/2016). Since the delay was due to UPS - please consider changing your review. Sincerely, Benny
