Dear Lisa, I am sorry for your disappointment. However, you have ordered a "Pre-Order" Item. It is very clear on the website, Instead of having an "Add to Cart" button it has a "Pre-Order" button, and it says the date the item will be in stock. So of course you have not received your order yet, since the item did not arrive here yet. The good news is that it is on the way to us, and we'll ship it out the moment it arrives here!
