“The aleph bet rubik's cubes and aleph bet bead bracelet kits were a hit with the children. They were disappointed in the gelt -- fewer coins in a bag this year. And I was disappointed in the quality of the colored wooden dreidels. I expected some of the dreidels, as per your disclaimer, to have bad lettering but not so many.”

“I had a very good experience ordering from Benny's - not because everything arrived on time, but because when it didn't, Sarah very graciously fixed the problem. I actually didn't mind that the sand didn't get here with the sand art because she was so nice about it. And sand is easy to replace. I would definitely order again!”

“I used these candlestick holders for my KIndergarten class and they loved it! The children used sharpie colored markers and copied their designs on to the candlesticks from the pictures they had drawn. It was a great activity and something the children will use all their life.”

“I love shopping with Benny's. All their products are excellent and exactly what we need and want. We are a big Jewish preschool and Judaic items are hard to find. Benny's is very easy to work with and extremely dependable. And I love those coupons!!!!”

“This was the first time I placed my orders via email, but found the whole event very easy. I did have to change a delivery date via phone, but that, too, went well. It is always a pleasure to speak to Sara, but I understand business is too hectic for a phone call. I am always pleased with dealing with Benny's Educational Toys, and will continue to do so for as long as I need their help and services.”

Deborah Hi, I am sorry you have not received your order yet. I have just tracked it. It was shipped in a timely manner - but for was delayed by UPS. Here is the tracking number: 1Z039EE10396046451 - It was "Stuck" in California from 12/6/2016 till today. It is actually on the UPS truck for delivery today (12/13/2016). Since the delay was due to UPS - please consider changing your review. Sincerely, Benny

“we ordered metal candle holders for menorahs we were making in the classroom. The candles did not fit in them. They were too large. When I called customer service I was told that I ordered the cheap ones and the other ones say that candles fit snugly in them. That makes no sense. If you are selling Chanukah candle holders the candles should fit. If not, don't sell them. I bought the other more expensive ones and was told that to get a refund I would need to send the others back but that it wouldn't really make sense to return them because the cost of shipping would be too high. Good customer service would have been to charge me the difference between the two products, to apologize and tell me to keep the original order. This was a very negative experience”

“The order came quickly and was packed well. We ordered some plain tzedakah containers to decorate and some wooden menorahs to decorate. These are the menorahs. https://www.tjssc.com/build-your-own-upright-menorah-project-pack-of-10/ Also ordered decorative supplies for the crafts, including glitter glue and wood markers. All arrived intact and the materials are very good. Here's why my review is only 3 stars: the menorah kit included three pieces- a base, a top, and candle holders. The base and top were VERY hard to put together. The kit included very tiny pieces of sandpaper to sand down the top so it would fit into the base. This is really poor design and made the whole process frustrating! I used these for a very busy event, so it really would have been nice to have pieces that fit together without much time and effort. Finally, it's not explained well that the candle holders are separate and need to be glued on, which certainly added yet another step to the arduous process. The kids and families did love the materials and the decorative supplies I provided, but they could have been a lot easier to assemble.”

I am sorry you were frustrated with the item. I will instruct the manufacturer to make the slit in the base a bit larger, so it will go in easier. Regarding the metal bases - Even tough it was mentioned in the description and is clearly visible in the image of the parts of the Menorah, that the metal candle bases are not glued on, I have now added a sentence making it even clearer. It is the whole idea of an arts & craft item.

We have about 50 new items for this Chanukah alone. You ordered on the 17th - You chose the cheapest shipping option " Delivered in 5 - 12 business days " - and got you package 7 business days after (There was Thanksgiving in the middle). Sincerely, Benny
