“I had to kick myself when I received my purchase because the cups that I had purchased came with the Oriental Trading Company labels on them which let me know I could've saved money by purchasing those from Oriental Trading Company directly. The plates that I purchased were not from OTC and I did not see them anywhere else. This is an error on my part, but it did make my purchase less satisfactory. The least you could've done was remove the labels and place your own on the package. It's about branding, so I thank you for the future I will go directly to OTC first and then may go to you for things they do not offer.”

With all due respect - I don't understand why our company should be limited from selling items from OTC. We sell anything that can help a Jewish educator with their curriculum! We sell OTC products at the same prices OTC does. Your claim is like complaining to JC Penny or Macy's that they are selling "Levi's" jeans or "Tupperware" plastic containers. You found this item on our site because you were looking for Passover Seder items on a Jewish site. Plastic wine cups are not a "Jewish" item but they are used in a Seder. It is also a great project item to be decorated by children. That is why we sell them. If that fact caused you to kick yourself - I can't really help you, but offer to return them for a full refund. For the future - Please note that there are many items on our site that you could get elsewhere, and I encourage you to do so - so you don't have to spend money on a "Jewish" site for items you can get them somewhere else. “Shipping was quick, however the quality of the toys are very, very poor. All of the flashlights fell apart the first day (dangerous) and the noisemakers fell apart before noon. Feel ripped off”

“The teachers were very pleased with the Paint-Your-Own Flower Pots which they used as their Tu B'Shevat project. The first graders enjoyed coloring in the flowers and butterflies and markers worked just fine. Planting parsley seeds in the pots finished off the project!”

Judith Hi, Of course they are not the same. You have put a totally different item in your shopping cart than you did last year. It looks different, has a different item code, has a different price, has a different image and has a different description that actually specifies that it is pre-printed. When we get an order - we ship exactly what you ordered. We don't check what the customer has ordered last year and send out what you ordered last year - that would be strange... You purchase from us for about 10 years now. Your "Company Review" tells potential customers what to expect when they order on our site. Is 2 stars out of 5 stars your review of "Benny's" after being a 10 year customer? Please consider changing your review. Sincerely, Benny
