Had to try three different cards and on the third one it took 5 min.

I understand that you faced issues with our 3D Secure payment authorization process, which required you to authorize the payment through an SMS or call from your bank. I am sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. It seems you had to use three different cards, with the last one taking an unusually long time to process. I can imagine how frustrating this must have been and I sincerely apologize. Our 3D Secure system is designed to provide an extra layer of security for online credit and debit card transactions. It is a mandatory process that requires the cardholder to authenticate each transaction to prevent unauthorized use of the cards. However, I acknowledge that the process should be smooth and not cause any unnecessary inconvenience. The procedure to redeem points is too difficult to use. I was supposed to get a $25 credit against the order just submitted but it does not appear to have been applied.

Never got the security code for my Citi Visa card. Had to my use Barclays Mastercard. Also the cart dumped my discount code every time I had to re-enter my card number. Took me 30 min plus to actually make a purchase. A bit of pain in the ass for a return customer.

Email sent out 2 days in a row saying 20% discount. Called customer service but they would not honor email discount. I still ordered because I like the product but will look into a different product before time to reorder.

YOur pricing model suggests that the price of onw botthle (80 US dollars) is drastically inflated and is done solely to get people to purchase multiple bottles. This is just a way of ripping people off. If you were really interested in gaining a base of happy users, you should have a resonable pricing modle so that users that want to try this product cn do so without feeling manipulated. You are one o the only compnies that uses such an obviouslyinflated one-bottle pricing.
