We did not receive what was ordered or what your advertising showed. We did not receive the type 2 diabetes monitor. What we received was 2 of the Pulse Oximeter this does not check your glucose at all. I ordered 2 of them one for a friend and one for my house. What a waste of money because I already had the monitor to check O2 & Pulse. I needed the glucose ones. Can I send theses 2 back and you send me 2 of the glucose ones?

the product is good but signing in and changing password was like having to get in Fort Knox. ridiculous, so I didn't sign up for auto refill because of that.

I have been using the supplements since Aug. and they did not help. I asked for a refund and was denied based on not being able to prove PSA drops. I have a condition that does not show PSA. So i guess there are underlying conditions to the warranty. Buyer beware. This is not a cure all as it excludes certain categories of prostate diagnoses. Unconditional guarantee is NOT what they stand behind.
