Can only offer another Bensons For Beds horror story. Purchased a top quality bed (king size divan plus mattress) in November 2023 from Bensons in Harrogate. Great to begin with but within 6 months I began to experience back pain and noticed sagging on both sides of the mattress despite having faithfully rotated the mattress on a regular basis. I complained in store and a so- called technician from Emmiera was sent to inspect the mattress. He was here for 10 minutes and announced that he could find nothing wrong with the mattress and that he would get a good nights sleep on the mattress. I am very dissatisfied and am not sure quite what my next step will be. One thing is for certain. I can no longer sleep in this bed. The back pain is too severe! I really am very disappointed with the product quality and customer service offered by Bensons For Beds!
