“I had a good experience with my purchase despite my concerns in buying a rug from a German supplier. But the price and choice were better than UK based shops and online retailers. The shipping was prompt and tracking was excellent. Packaging was adequate for my runner rug. If there was anything I did not like, it was the constantly changing discounts. Often, the expiry of discounts was misleading and the company comes across as not reliable.”
