“The service from Bertie and Jack was superb. The 'Happy Days' print that I ordered looks amazing!! I love that you can change the background design to whichever pattern you prefer. My delivery also came very quickly, they are very speedy with their work. Highly reccomend for a birthday present.”

“I purchased a picture from Bertie & Jack in Bath city centre, we love it and have had lots of complimentary comments about it. I decided to buy a picture for a very close friends wedding anniversary, and had to organise it online. The process was so simple, I placed my order and the picture arrived the very next day excellently packaged. Excellent service, the products are superb quality. I can not recommend this firm highly enough.”

“We bought a picture to celebrate the new arrival of our friends baby. There was a great selection of designs and sizes. We received our order quickly and well packaged. The website was a little sticky when selection background tho!”

Hi Stu, Thanks for the great review. We're sorry to hear that selecting a background was more difficult than it should be. We are working to improve this mechanism on the website, particularly when customers are ordering via a mobile device and I will forward your comments regarding this on to the website team.

“Loved the experience when buying a picture from your stall in Bath. The lady is so lovely, helpful and accommodating to changing to suit. Online ordering was nothing like it. Website not user friendly and felt a pain when trying to find suitable pattern/colour samples ????”

Hi Clare, Thanks for supplying some really useful feedback. It's always really important to us that the experience of shopping at our market stall and the website marries up. I've looked into your most recent order and I think the difficulty came because the website does not for allow multiple prints to be used behind the one cut-out which meant that we had to create your order via email and send several images of the cut-out prior to dispatch in order to hit upon the perfect combination. We do hope that the finished article was worth the wait and that the flash sale discount helped to soften the blow. Best wishes, Ellen
