Hi Barry, We're so sorry you feel misled. There should have been 3 options in the drop down tab for you to choose from - white frame; black frame; and no frame. “This is the second year I have bought something through Bertie and Jack and I love their products and they make fabulous Christmas gifts. Last year I had it made up then and there at the stall and they couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. They checked over the phone that what I wanted was possible and took me order in great detail. It arrived 3 days later, it looks great and I can't wait to give it to my sister for Christmas!”
