“My latest purchase from Bertie and Jack sadly arrived damaged. However ... I had a replacement picture dispatched and delivered the very next day. Excellent customer services. I love my new purchase and can't wait to order my next one.”

“Once again Bertie and Jack don't disappoint... Happy family print, fab colours, beautifully framed and hung in its new home- my daughters nursery! the message I asked for on the print was done exactly as requested (it was in Welsh) and was delivered promptly. Big Thank you to the Bertie and Jack team- highly recommended!!”

“Beautiful products and easy website to use with plenty of choice, great for gifts for our colleagues going on Maternity leave. Lovely, friendly service- very quick turnaround to send a replacement when one gift arrived was broken in the post. Highly recommend.”

“Bought two different Bertie and Jack pictures for presents. I haven't given them yet but know the recipients are going to love them! Not only do I love the pictures, the packaging is fab and they arrived in great time. I would highly recommend!”

“I have now purchased 3 Bertie and Jack designs and they are all lovely. One will be a gift for a growing family. They are excellent quality and the service is superb. You also get a little surprise in your packages, which is a lovely touch. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I got them unframed and didn’t have a problem sourcing frames to fit the images. I love the animal families’ image I got but would have loved a Giraffe option even more..... Thanks Bertie and Jack for my lovely pictures.”

“Packaging, delivery, communication all fantastic. The product itself is great however I feel a little more care could have been taken when framing the picture as there were lots of 'bits' on the inside of the frame (maybe card dust/flakes of paper or wood) under the glass.”

Hi Emma-Louise, We're sorry to hear that one of your artworks arrived with debris behind the glass. This might have been because of some undue movement during delivery. If you feel able to, we would recommend removing the back of the artwork to clean the debris away. “Loved the product and can't say enough about the excellent service. I contacted B&J to ask if they could get a personalised picture to me a day earlier than stated - they responded quickly - and better still they got the picture to me with 3 days to spare. Phew!! Can highly recommend - and will definitely be back for more.. :-)”
