“When the original artwork was delivered it was damaged being posted through our letterbox by the courier firm. Informed Bertie & Jack about the problem and they organised a replacement to be collected from their stall at the Christmas Market in Bath. Very pleased with the service.”

“Ordered the Perfect Together penguins for my dear friends who are going travelling in New Zealand for 3 months in the New Year. “Bertie and Jack were totally professional from start to finish - yet at the same time also very friendly - nothing was too much trouble . My order was depsatched very quickly and I was kept informed all the way through . I was absolutely delighted with my order when it arrived - the cushion was even lovelier than I thought it would be and I don't want to give it away...time for another order methinks.
