“Loved the recent picture I purchased and superb customer service. It exceeded my expectations on both counts. There should be a 6 star "excellent" rating as "very good" doesn't do Bertie and Jack justice. I shall be purchasing future gifts here. Thank you.”

“Gorgeous Puppy picture. Puppy silhouette mirrors my Dog hence I had to buy a second pièce . I love the packaging, it mâkes the whole purchase seem so special!”

“I wish I could give it 6 stars because it's perfect! Absolutely gorgeous picture, looks even better than on the website and it arrived within a week, I was expecting 3! It's a wedding present for my best friend and I'm sure she is going to love it. Thank you Bertie and Jack! I'll be ordering more soon!”

“Amazing customer service, the first picture arrived smashed to pieces and damaged and I desperately needed as a present for Saturday. B & J were brilliant and sent a replacement that arrived perfectly the next day. My friends were over the moon with the beautiful picture. Thank you so much xxx”

“I absolutely love my Happy Feet framed print in extra large. I chose the green dotty print and it's even more lovely in the flesh. It's already had loads of compliments as I've hung it in my downstairs bathroom. I found this very good value for money and would definitely recommend. Thanks very much B&J”
