“Lovely great quality print, which makes a fantastic personalised gift. I'm very pleased with the item and my friend, who I bought it for, loves it too! The item was delivered very quickly and I received a high level of customer service when I requested for my delivery address to be changed. Many thanks :-)”

“Hi, I ordered from Bertie and jack as a gift but it didn't arrive due to a courier problem. However staff were very helpful and quick to respond once they were aware of this. Excellent customer service particularly from Rebecca”

“Bought 2 Lovebirds for my good friends 50th birthday. It came within 3 working days really well packaged with a lovely gift box and 3 gift tags plus the words of my choice written in the left corner. I hadn't seen a B & J before and was really impressed with it. Gave it to my friend today and she loved it.”

“My order arrived on time, nicely packaged and with a nice finishing touch of a tag saying who the gift is from, ready for me to hand over with the gift. Have bought other items from Bertie and Jack before both online and from their stall in Bath. Found staff incredibly helpful and always ready to answer any questions I had. Will definitely use them again in future and would definitely recommend both company and their products.”

“This latest order I received was due to me winning a facebook competition, however the service received was very professional and quick. The products as always were very well made and beautiful, I'm trying to justify why I should get myself another one! :-) Thank you”

“Bertie and Jacks was as described and their pictures and designs are lovely and our granddaughter is delighted with her birthday present. Unfortunately the purchase was let down by the delivery which arrived after her birthday because the carrier couldn't find our address!! We will certainly use Bertie and Jacks again - just leave plenty of time for delivery.”

We're so pleased your granddaughter is delighted with her artwork and are sorry that the artwork was not with her on her birthday. All of our artworks - each of which are individual and unique as a result - are made to order. So, we do say on our website that from order to delivery usually takes 7-10 days which was the case with your order.
