“It took me ages to decide on my design as there was so much choice. I'm over the moon with the framed picture and I'm sure the recipient will be too. Having a personal message handwritten makes it a perfect birthday present. Carry on with your amazing artwork, you are very talented. Thank you.”

“Good quality however delivery was changed as it did not get to DPD in time therefore I had to rearrange again!”

Thanks so much for the review. We're really sorry for the confusion with the courier. They failed to collect from our studio, so we had to re-arrange collection for delivery. We have raised this issue with them and are so sorry for the initial delay. Best wishes, Bertie & Jack.

“Ordering very easy, all enquiries promptly dealt with. Ordered on Saturday, picture delivered Wednesday morning, delivery process very efficient. Very happy, as were recipients with the picture. Would definitely order again from Bertie and Jack.”
