“Hello. I've bought several Bertie & Jack prints & love them all. I recently bought the Fabulous Family of penguins to put in the nursery of our 3rd baby. The print itself is gorgeous although sadly the frame arrived damaged.”

Hi Victoria, We're so sorry that the frame arrived damaged. We'd be more than happy to send a replacement artwork or offer a part refund. Whatever you prefer. If you could send us a picture of the damage to hello@bertieandjack.co.uk as well as let us know what you would prefer in terms of a replacement, we will sort this out immediately. While things like this only happen occasionally, we are more than happy to send a replacement - we don't want anyone to have a less then perfect Bertie & Jack artwork. “Absolutely loved my order. A perfect present for a newborn nursery and something I know will be completely different from all the other gifts. Happened to come across the stall in Bath when visiting and have kept the card in my wallet ever since waiting for an opportunity to purchase! It really lived up to expectation and thank you for providing such unique work.”

“We were delighted with our picture - it made a lovely personalised Christening gift. In the original picture we received, the handwriting was slightly obscured by the frame, but following an email to Bertie & Jack a second picture was sent to us within 24 hours to rectify the problem. Beautiful product and very good customer service. We will be using Bertie & Jack again.”

“We loved all the different pictures when we saw them on the stall in Bath and that was the first we had heard of Bertie and Jack The website is great as there are almost infinite choice to help you choose. It was easy to use and the final choice was very promptly delivered in a lovely presentation box. This is for a Christmas present which I'm sure will be greatly appreciated”

“Absolutely faultless customer service, clearly a very kind and warm company. Exceptional attention to detail. My only fault would be that the Inky Blotchy paper is slightly blurred, but this may just be the design. Overall, a wonderful company from whom I will be buying from again soon. Thank you Bertie and Jack! PS: Ellen on the e-mails is utterly fabulous, and answered all of my questions!”

“Beautiful and high quality product. I originally bought one for myself and have since bought two as house-warming gifts. I love the simplicity of the designs and the fact that you can choose the pattern for the print out of a variety (it's actually quite difficult to choose because there are so many nice ones!) Delivery was quick and reliable, the website easy to use and I couldn't be happier with the final product. Would recommend to everyone as a gift for themselves or for friends and family. Thank you!”

“We had our eye on Bertie & Jack for a while and decided to treat ourselves to three large framed pieces to go in our bedroom. The trickiest part was deciding on the background swatches but we are thrilled with the end result. Only been up a day but already transformed the room. The service was prompt, delivery was within the week and the goods were well wrapped. Many thanks Bertie & Jack... We shall be back! :-)”
