“Absolutely delighted with the picture - it is for a present for the end of Feb so the recipient has not seen it yet but I am sure he will love it! Excellent service & swift delivery. I will be buying another pic for a friends wedding later in the year. Highly recommended!”

“The Bertie and Jack product was great and came really quickly, in perfect condition. It was a shame that my emails querying an element of the creation both went unanswered - even just a very short reply would have been nice. But the product was great nonetheless. Thanks!”

“The artworks I ordered looked amazing! There was a slight problem with the personal message writing, but when I informed the Bertie & Jack team, they resolved the issue quickly and professionally. I will definitely be ordering more artworks as they are unique and beautiful!”

“Purchased for a very special friends 40th Bday,we have been friends since we were 4, we saw your pictures when we came to Bath for the Xmas markets she had a tear in her eye when I gave it to her. Thank you Bertie and Jack X”

“I was bowled over with the excellent customer service, Ellen organised my artwork to be with me well in time for my husband's birthday surprise with so very little notice. “Don't normally leave reviews but just wanted to say a huge thank you for the speed of the order given it was near Christmas time, we visited the stall in Bath on the 12th December and as is usually the case I dragged my heels in ordering and probably had no right it arriving before Christmas given how late I ordered it but it arrived in plenty of time and in superb condition so thanks very much :)”
