“The service was excellent, my order came within 2 days, and free delivery was great. I had bought 2 other pictures in Bath which were a bigger size, it would be good to be able to get these from the website as well, though I am delighted with my "mini"”

Thanks so much for the fab review Valerie. We do have a range of artworks and sizes available to buy online, but I think that the design you chose was available in our mini size only. We're sorry about that, but pleased to hear you are still delighted with it!

“It was exactly what I asked for, super quick delivery and perfectly packed so it came without a scratch. Sent with tracking so i didnt miss delivery. It was perfect, a great gift! It could do with the ability to add a bigger message if needed but I just wrote one on.”

“I'm happy with the art work itself very cute design looks great. It was the frame I wasn't as happy with. I thought it would be glass but it's plastic front, and the board holding it in the back is abit loose, so dust easily gets onto the inside of the plastic.”

Hi Cameron, Thanks so much for the feedback and we're so sorry that you were disappointed with the quality of the frame. We do mention in our FAQs (which I guess if you didn't go looking for you wouldn't see!) that we use a quality plexiglass rather than glass for our website products in order to keep the artworks safe in transit. In the past, we have had a lot of breakages when sending glass frames however carefully packaged.

“I bought Love at first sniff for my husband as a first wedding anniversary present, we have a daschund and just love them so much. We love Bertie and Jack and have a couple of them, it reminds us of our time living in Bath. They are wonderful and so unique.”
