“The products are inspired and high quality as always. I am however, a little disappointed that nobody has returned my email about the loyalty card system. I have two cards that have been stamped several times over the years I have been buying prints from B and J and was hoping I could earn two more from my recent purchases. If this system is no longer running, could you reply and let me know and I won't ask again!”

Thanks for your message Kate and kind words about our artwork. With regards to your loyalty card query, Ellen from our customer service team replied to your email on the 4th May - sounds like it may have gone to your spam/junk folder? I've copied and pasted Ellen's message below: "We do absolutely still run our loyalty card scheme and customers qualify for a free mini-framed artwork after they have bought 5 Bertie & Jack artworks. If you could post your loyalty card to Bertie & Jack, 6-8 Cotterell Court, Monmouth Place, Bath, BA1 2NP, we can update the card. If you think that you will qualify for a free mini-framed artwork and would like to order straight away, let me know and I can organise for this to be dispatched along with your other artworks." Hope this helps and sorry the message didn't end up when it should of. We pride ourselves on our customer service and always want to look after our loyal customers in every way we can. “Very happy with the lovely product, it would have been better if it arrived on the day it said it would. It's was a good few days late which was dissapointing as it was a birthday present that never arrived on their special day.”

Hi Donna, Thanks for your kind words about our artwork. So sorry to hear that the order didn't arrive in time for the birthday. As we are always super keen to ensure we offer the best service possible, I've looked into your order and see it was placed on the 20th April and our courier tracking site says it was delivered on 28th April. We mention on our website and order confirmation email that orders arrive within 7-10 working days - so looks like we got it out to you ok, but perhaps the courier company failed us and delivered later than the 28th? If this is the case, let me know and I'll look into further. We pride ourselves on our levels of customer service and never want a customer to (ever) feel disappointed. “I recently purchased a stags head design with world map fabric for a friend's 50th birthday - he absolutely loved it and it was great to be able to include a special message for the occasion. The order was processed and delivered within 6 days - brilliant. This is the second gift I have purchased for a special occasion and I have not been disappointed - great service and a great product :)”

“I first saw their lovely stall at Bath Christmas market and knew that one of the personalised pictures would be perfect for my sons wedding the following year. I ordered online and they have been really helpful getting the picture just as I wanted it. It has just arrived and I am so pleased with the finished product. I cannot wait to see my son and his new wife open it. Thank you Bertie and Jack, I will definitely be ordering more and highly recommend you.”

“I love the simplicity and clever design of Bertie and Jack pictures. I have two already (and clearly want more!) and have given some as gifts, which were gratefully received. “I first saw Bertie & Jack at their stall in Bath and immediately bought flutter flies and the floral friends penguins. They are so unique and you can find a print to match any room and I love that no-one else has the same! They are my first port of call when I need the finishing touches to a room. And Becky and Emma are also lovely :-)”
