“First time I ordered my bone broth and sadly it was delivered to the wrong address in another city, no idea how can that happen! So I contacted the customer service and they were amazing with resolving this, got my bone broth just in 2 working days! When I first tried the broth I thought is not that good, maybe because of the turmeric, but now I think it tastes wonderful! Love this bone broth will order again, but next I’ll try different flavour!”

“Arrived on time.Tastes like chicken though described as beef..tasty and enhanced with a twist of pepper. After 1 week I have more energy,am sleeping better and feel generally well.I will be 82 this week and feel v.g.Granddaughter in Australia told me about bone broth...you CAN teach an old dog new tricks!Thankyou.”

“I love this bone broth. Easy to use and it's delicious. I have it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I recently ingested gluten of which I am intolerant. This bone broth has really eased my stomach. So impressed I just bought another one. I can highly recommend this product.”

“I think it’s an excellent product. However, the amount you receive in the small containers isn’t very impressive. In fact, I showed it to a friend of mine and she laughed when she saw how little you get for over £30. Personally, I feel that customers should receive twice as much for the price. If the company increased the volume significantly I feel they would retain far more customers and, in the long run, be more successful. These are straitened times; people are economising - the product should meet those needs and expectations. So for me the amount you receive makes the product problematic.”

“Read about, it ordered it delivery was excellent comms were good i ordered the mushroom didnt enjoy the taste but after a teaspoon of chilly flakes that was ok Its a good supplement and filling as for health benefits not sure yet”

“The customer service, marketing, aesthetic and quality is brilliant - that’s why I bought it. However. I find the broth (classic beef broth) completely unpalatable and the taste really lingers. I’m trying to drink it for fertility rather than for enjoyment, but have yet to find a way of making it so I don’t feel sick for a few hours after. It’s a shame!”
