“I bought a Yale Lock and paid $200 for tech support to come install it on 6/21/21 between 7am and 1pm, at the Millbury Store in Worcester, hence I called out for work to wait for them, it got to 12.30pm, no communication, I decided to call the store and inquire. Talked to a person named Jade who was extremely rude, he stated I had an accent and that he wouldn't understand me even in a million years, and hanged up on me. Didn't even listen to what I was calling for or even transfer me to another person who maybe could have listened and understood me. Jade spoiled my whole entire day.”

It was installed off center previously but the bloomingdale illinois installer took the time to reposition it.
This gentleman was very nice and knowledgeable..he programed my TV and remotes and made sure I understood how to operate them.
I'm not sure of their names but they did a fantastic job today on 9/10/ 2020.

Entering the store(Best Buy Green Acres Mall) my daughter and I started looking, saw a couple females at the front, totally not welcoming response from them.
