Be extremely careful if you buy anything online from Best Buy!
Unlike Amazon that has free shipping for returns and full refund, or Costco which has 100% guarantee - The Best Buy Marketplace policies are horrendous - if you buy something and return it - you have to pay for shipping to return it on your dime and then they add a restocking fee. Even if you never opened the box! Disgusting!!!

went to Best Buy in Surprise Az. today to pick up a brand new in the box never opened 55 inch TCL QLED . Would you believe when I got home and took it out of the box it had no power cord or remote, so I returned the tv back to the store where I was accused of stealing the power cord and the remote .I was told by a snotty little girl who claimed to be the manager that I would have to pay for the missing parts $65.00 and that I would need to contact TCL TO GET MY MONEY BACK... WHEN I ASKED IF THEY HAD A OPEN BOX I was told that they didn't have any but they found a cord and a remote to start the tv to make sure that it was working Well long story short when I contacted LCL THEY TOLD ME THAT Best Buy SHOULD HAVE TACKEN CARE OF THE PROBLEM ..They were no help ..Better shop at WALMART from now on , or Costco ,they don't have a problem with returns

Multiple problems with installation. The biggest problem was with customer service. NO ONE answers the phone, NO ONE returns messages. DO NOT buy from Best Buy unless you live next door and can speak to actual.associate

We tried to return the modem and router within the allowed return period (it was 15 days but they extended it to 30 days in Santa Cruz) but when we called they said they weren't taking returns due to covid.

The agent didn't know how to process returns so after being on hold for 30 minutes was told I would be sent a UPS tag and that I should expect a delay in a refund.

I bought a TV yesterday on 4/18/2019 at Best Buy in acworth,ga store #1159
We got it home hooked it up and there was a light coming through the black frame on top we first noticed it when we plugged in. We put it back on the box and called Best Buy to see if we could exchange it and they said yes so we drive one hour to the store and had to wait an hour and a half for someone to help us only to be told Best Buy would do nothing so Best Buy store # 1@59 and their regional office tool our 423.99 and would not refund our money give us a store credit or even let us purchase a more expensive TV store manager said we could by another TV but would not refund our 423.99 I want my money refunded now and by the way they have the broken TV and here is what the employees at store 1159 do while customers are waiting an hour and a half
