“This is jut for the booking experience. The website was far better than the other I found for the same Paia Luau I booked. Try also offered a flower lei which we wanted over a nut lei which others might like because it lasts. There were extra steps waiting for confirmation because it’s not real time but that was explained and only took a few hours and then they reformed by phone to make sure all the emails were received. For Hawaii I was pretty impressed and we are looking forward to our luau in December. Further review tbd after experience.”

“The Royal Lahaina luau is my absolute favorite here on Maui. Best of Maui activities made the process so much faster and easier. They email your voucher and give you a welcome call and offer any assistance you may need. They are very courteous and helpful.”

“I was truly impressed with the fishing company (even though we did not get anything), it was a good crew and a good time on the water. The snorkling trip was amazing, I loved that we were not on a huge boat and the captain and the crew took very good care of us. I was NOT impressed with the Luau. The show was good, but the food was definitely not what I thought a Luau should have been. I know I did not pay for the most expensive ones, I had four people to pay for, but I would have thought it would have been more authentic. and not so basic. Overall my experience with your company was great and I appreciate all the help the agents gave. Thank you again and hope to work with you another time. Joyce Voss”
