“I had a bad experience with bestticketfare. I wish I had seen the reviews before i purchase a ticket. I got scammed into buying cheap tickets but ended up paying for a ticket I never received. The website showed a cheap price on booking, my credit card was charged without getting any confirmation email. I called the number on the website and a salesperson, started telling me all the restrictions on my ticket including not able to select seat or bring a carry on, I was surprised as none of the restrictions were mentioned while purchasing the ticket. He told me I could not cancel the ticket even though i purchased it only an hour ago. He said I had to wait 24 hours to receive my ticket. I didn't receive any email from the best ticket fare. It was all scam and I had to call my bank for the despite. However, I called the airline directly and explained what happened to me. The airline had my name and credit card information but the itinerary they had for me was completely wrong. ( both for date and time). Airline was helpful and cancelled the reservation since it was within 24 hrs window period. The experience was a nightmare. These agencies are outside the US and doing business in USA. They are cheating people right under their nose. I hope none of the US companies do business with scam agencies like the bestticketfare.com!”

“Scam company, don't use them. They said we could not take any luggage unless we paid them more money. They said you cannot add luggage at the airport either. Complete lies. Now I have to cancel my credit card.”

“DO NOT, DO NOT, PURCHASE ANYTHING ON THID WEBSITE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! I REPEAT THEY ARE SCAMMERS, THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT THEY ARE WORKING ON YOUR ORDER AND ITS A LIE,I CALLED BECAUSE ITS BEEN TWO DAYS WITHOUT NO TRAVEL INFO AND I GET TOLD THE REPRESENTATIVE WORKING ON MY TICKETS WAS OFF TODAY, HELLOOOOOOOOO I BOUGHT TICKETS FOR THIS SUNDAY WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU HAVE NO CONFIRMATION FOR ME YET AND WHEN I ASKED TO CANCEL I GET TOLD THEY DO NOT CANCEL ANY BOOKINGS! REPORT THEM IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!”

“BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. They advertise good fares but once booked you are screwed! First of all, even though your flying on a reputable carrier, you must go by Best Airfares policy. They call you within minutes of the booking to let you know this very impotant information which is not mentioned on their website.They only allow 1 personal item less than 7 lbs. You have the option to pay double to get the carry on! And you have FLY WAITLIST. Which means if the flight is full, you have to wait until there is a flight that's not full. When I told, I immediately told them to cancel due to mis information. They said the tickets were non refundable and could not cancel. I advised that the email they sent said the tickets were not run and it is not confirmed until run. I also advised that I would dispute any charges. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!”

“This company is totally a scam! I wish I read the reviews before booking flight tickets online through their website. I got same problems like other reviewers had! My credit card was charged for the tickets but I have never received confirmation and e-tickets. I checked my email inbox and spam every single day for 4 days but found nothing . I also called them every day, no one answered, only voicemail. I left messages but no one returned my calls! Part of the charge was from Frontier airlines so I tried to contact Frontier…but they no longer have live agents to talk to! Therefore I had to call my bank for help. DO NOT TRUST THEM no matter how good of their deals!! I would give them 0 star if I could!! I will file a report with the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3)”

“Completed Scam /fraud/false advertise . Unfortunely couldn't give a ZERO. This place should be shut down by consumer affair. First time using this agency/site, offered a great price on United ,we paid over $4000 for 4 people, they didn't issue a confirmation as other airlines, few minutes received a call that our booking only allowed a personal purse not over 5 pounds, no carry on. If we want add a carry on or listed in the website, they refused to cancel our tickets and hanged up . This is really sad, when someone is planning a time to relax ,visit our love ones and people like this company destroyed our dreams.”

“I was asked to pay 229.96 which was authorised by me, some one supposed to call me about my reservation No/ticket no etc. NO one called 3 days later when I called to inquire about, some answered the phon and transferred to differant no saying ticket expert will help you further. No one pick up. Finnaly I have to hang up and redile. Same procedure. I spent 5 hrs No answer. In the mean time I find out from my credit card they charged 308.10on my CC. this is totatly fraud. For last 2 days I am asking them to tretun the extra money charged . No one is listening Now I am asking my credit card for help and also writing to BBB . I will also askinh my attorney if we can file a forgery case against bestticketfare. I do dav reciept for 229.96”

“This site is a scam. They give you a "discounted" ticket that allows you to bring only a personal item. Should you need to bring a carry-on or checked baggage, the price suddenly doubles if not more. They also will not give any refunds so you are completely stuck. Do not trust these scam artists.”

“We are 2 seniors who were scammed by Best Ticket Fare.We purchases 2 tickets to Florence Italy for our Grandsons wedding they sent us the flight itinerary and took our credit card info March 8,2024. A charge of $828.18 was applied to United Electronic Ticketing come to find out it is for 2 tickets to Houston Texas.We have talked to United Airlines needless to say they will not refund us even knowing it’s a scam.We may not make it to the wedding UA said we could apply to a flight but the cost is way higher.We are amazed they are allowed to continue to do business.”

“They booked me a ticket a good price. However, although they sent me my flight information after I used my debit card to book the trip, they did not immediately send confirmation of my booking, but indicated they would contact me shortly to confirm. The next morning, I received an email asking me to call them as soon as possible. When I did, the first agent I spoke with talked to me briefly, then turned me over to another agent, who I suspect was used when it appeared a customer might be difficult to scam. I was on the phone for about an hour or more with a top notch con artist. Regulations were added that were not in my original flight schedule or changed from those I had read. This man went on and on about the truthfulness of his statements, even as held my copy of the restrictions in my hand. He was lying, and he knew that my plane fare was already in the company’s bank. I was pushed into a corner when he continued to insist I could bring no luggage and had to arrive 4 hours before my scheduled flight at 6am. He then told me he could get me on the same flight with a regular ticket and then I could bring a bag and pick a seat and arrive just 2 hours before my flight. I should have never accepted this offer. I just got so concerned about going to the airport at 2am with no carry on for my three day trip. I ended up paying twice as much for my trip as I has originally paid. Don’t ever consider this company. Bestairfares has no ethics and apparently no conscience.”

“Hello all, I see my experience with this shady outfit is the same as everyone else. If i could leave negative stars I would. Total and complete scam. I called my credit card company and reported this as fraud. As of today they have not tried to charge my card. WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.”

“Major SCAM! I booked a $405 ticket, then was called the next morning and told this was a discounted ticket and I could not bring a purse, carry on, nor had the option to check a bag, and that I was not able to cancel. Was told it would be $585 to bring a purse, carry on or check a bag! Who Travels without ANY of these items! BAIT & SWITCH!!!! I told them I would sue, file complaints with the BBB and my attorney general....they did not charge my cc for the ticket!”

“I also would give a negative number or a "O" if I could. I called to book a flight: 2 1/2 weeks after I did not hear back from them (I called and they hung up on me) and after I purchased the ticket from another company, they contacted me with a "reservation". I told them they were too late, I had already purchased another ticket. They then proceeded to book a flight with United, without my approval. Apparently the ticket Best Fares purchased (without my approval or authority) not only does not conform to my requirements, but also the ticket is non "cancellable" and I am stuck with a $2000 charge for tickets.”

“If I could go 0 I would. They not only changed my original flight, they added an 8 hour layover flight, change airlines, and charged me an extra $120. Somehow, the flight I had booked through them all of a sudden became a standby flight and I could pay an extra $00 to keep those flights or only $120 extra to move airlines and flight times. And there was no way to get my money back. SCAM!!!!”
