“This company is a pure scam. I booked a flight for my wife and I online, once processed, they sent me two separate transactions. And my daughter, a minor was scheduled to fly back alone late at night instead of flying together. I called 3-4 times and each time they transferred the calls to "supposed" managers only wanted to assist in rebooking the flights with an additional cost of more than $200. I asked them to cancel both flights, and they stated that they would gladly do it, but they do not refund or give you credit. Bunch of thieves!!!”

“Very shady company. I purchased 1 round ticket. 24 hours later they canceled my ticket. They claim they tried to call me several time and left messages. They did send me 2 goofy emails that defiantly did not state anything was wrong. When I called the person spoke poor English rambled nonsense that made no sense. Bottom line they quoted me 279 and I paid 279, but they claimed delta would not except the ticket price and I would have to pay premium price @ $799 for stand by tickets. If I cancel there was no refund. I reread the email. They cancel and my card was not charged. So I parted ways. Since Bestticketfare they already sold my phone number and I have received so many scam phone calls. RUN FROM TJIS COMPANY THEY ARE SHADY SCAM COMPANY.”

“If I could leave zero stars I would. DO NOT book through this website!! 100% scam! You will book your ticket and it will show pending. They will then call you and tell you that your ticket will not allow for any bags or carry on that you will have to give them more money… we called the airline and there was no seats available on the flights they sold to me … stay away from the website!! Book through the airlines themselves”

“Worst. Scam. Ever!!! Do NOT book with them! Fake tickets and total scam. They will call you and tell you that you are booked, and then right before your trip, they will email you and tell you that flight was cancelled. They will be "glad to asstst" you to rebook and find tickets 3 times higher than normal. TERRIBLE BUSINESS!! RUN!!”

“TOTAL SCAM SCAM SCAM I booked an international trip and they called me to let me know that my tickets didn't allow me to take any luggage with me. At first I thought was a joke but wasn't. She wants to tell me that the luggage fees or whatever the case may be wasn't included on the ticket price and they want to charge me over $700 more to change my tickets.”

“Please be aware of the scam and false advertising that this company best airfares are doing. They are falsely advertising prices on their website and tricking the customer into purchasing a ticket then sending an email stating they see changing the flights. When I called to speak with a representative and a supervisor, they state that their website had not been updated. It is all a scam and they need to be shut down. They are rude and argumentative. I asked to provide me information to the owner of the company which they denied for no apprearant reason. I will make complaints until this company is shut down. They are not a booking agency that assist customers.”

“If there was an option for Zero Stars i would have chosen it. This company has you books flights but do not provide you restrictions they implement, like not being able check on a bag or take a carryon, unless you upgrade your ticket which ends up being $300 more than if you had gone directly into the airlines website to book. I’ve filed a complaint with the government at Fedtradecommission.gov and pray you all do the same.”

“Like the rest of reviews on here, promote great cheap deals then try to scam you for more money. My flight went from $948/each with United then told it was $3200! I’m very well traveled so I politely declined and called my bank to put a block on them from stealing my money. Do yourselves a favor and skip this site! Bunch of lying scamming crooks!”

“They ripped me off with promises of a cheap flight round trip and be told a day later after they got my credit card info that I could not take luggage or a backpack on the flights so how am I supposed to wear the same clothes on my back for a week ? I tried getting my bank to reverse it they have a no return policy so watch out don’t buy from them and the owners should be in jail”

“This place is a scam, like others have said, false advert with bait and switch tactics. I have been on the phone for five hours trying to get my carry on bag added, a checked in bag added, they have routed me through several different dates, cities and flights. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am planning on contacting the better business bureau and my bank to try and stop payment. This is ridiculous!”

“Do not book flights this scam of a website !!!!! Besticketfare.com They will give a price online, once booked someone will call you to tell you this is a promotional price no changes or seat or bags can be added to this price, then they will try and try to find u a ticket that is triple what you paid that will allow you to pick your seats and add bags at additional prices making your flight in total more than advertised and more than the actual airline. Once you tell them to cancel the reservation since no ticket has been issued or email has been received they tell you that they have a confirmation and ticket information and you will lose all your money or you will get a voucher from the airline .... mind you no ticket or confirmation was issued. This web site is a scam don't do it !!!! Now am fighting with my bank to have the money refunded back to me since i don't have a ticket information or confirmation and they refused to cancel it ... Scammer theft, horrible customer service.”

“Worse than a scam. I booked 2 plane tickets with them last Sunday. I immediately received a copy of what I booked and their ID number for the booking. The next day they call me and tell me I can't bring a carry on and my official airline booking would be had in a few hours. The next day I still didn't hear from them so I called and they said the would get back to me in an hour. I never heard from them again so I cancelled my mastercard before they could charge it. These folks should be in jail as I was lucky to make my plans in time going directly to the airlines.”

“SUCH A SCAM!!!! I wish I had seen these reviews before booking because they absolutely just pretend to book you a guaranteed price and then do everything they can to scam you out of more money. They clearly get irritated when you mention reaching out directly to the airline to confirm details. The customer service individuals I spoke to were some of the rudest people I have ever come across in my life and I was nicely just trying to figure out the best plan forward. NEVER EVER BOOK THROUGH THEM!! They need to be shut down immediately.”

“Please, please, please do not buy from these ppl. They tried to upcharge me over 800 dollars, and told me that they were going to charge my card UNTIL I told them they had misleading practices and were fraudulent. The customer service was rude and argumentative. They need to be shut down!!!”
