“Really great company to order from! Kris called me the day I placed the order and confirmed the delivery date to suit my schedule. On the day of the delivery the delivery company called me on route which was much appreciated. The driver even wheeled it to the end of our drive way. Will definitely place more orders.”

“Every customer service person that I have placed my 3 separate orders with have been friendly and extremely helpful. Their kerbside delivery company used are also pleasant. It has been an absolute exceptional customer experience dealing with this company. I would definitely Recommend using Best at Flooring and will be buying from them in future.”

“Excellent service from Best at Flooring. The original order was badly damaged in transit despite superb packaging. Kris arranged a replacement and it arrived within a couple of days and all good. No hesitation in recommending. They well deserve their name!”

“Can’t fault this company. Friendly and helpful customer service with quick replies to email query’s. Fast delivery too.. My only regret is finding this company after I have finished my downstairs. I will defo be using again for any flooring projects I have.”

“I recently ordered some laminate flooring from Best At Flooring who offer plenty of choice and at reasonable prices. I was kept well informed of my order by email and when I was asked to contact the store to organise delivery the lady there- Charlotte, was very accommodating and friendly.. I received my order within 2 days of ordering and it all seems fine, (we haven't laid the flooring yet, but all packages were well sealed when delivered. I would definitely order again from Best At Flooring and thanks once again.”

“This is the second time I have used Best at Flooring and I find both the products and the service excellent. I came via a google search for a specific flooring that I had bought before. The price was great and the ordering process was very efficient. A nice touch was that a member of staff actually called to arrange delivery to Scotland and was able to fit it to the time that suits me. The product I ordered, Petterson Oak Beige D4763, is of excellent quality, easy to fit and hard-wearing. Five stars from me!”

“Can't rate the customer service more highly, they really went out of their way to sort my order out and arrange delivery and even sourced another supplier to enable them to get it to me earlier which meant I was able to get my flooring down in time for my kitchen fitting!”
