“Having viewed the flooring options on the Best at Flooring website l rang them to discuss products. I had a very useful discussion with a member of staff who could not have been more helpful. “We purchased some Amtico commercial grade flooring from you, not knowing that you should not have sold it for domestic use. We were told this by the Amtico Technical Project Manager who saw them and Amtico replaced the whole batch free of charge. We were told the reason is to do with VAT payments.”
