“We needed to find some alternative flooring to the one we had originally picked with another company due to the COVID 19 situation. Liam at Best of Flooring was so helpful! He suggested an alternative based on my description and even took the time to send over photos off it with us not been able to see it in person. We love the flooring too, more than the original one we had picked! Excellent quality. Communication through out was excellent and the delivery was sorted extremely quickly. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to friends and family. Thanks Liam!”

“I placed the order over the Easter weekend and did not expect anything to happen for a few days. I was surprised to receive an acknowledgment straight away with a delivery date. “Really impressed with the customer service I received from the team, especially Liam Walker who has been easy to contact (huge bonus!) and extremely efficient from my initial enquiry through to delivery. There was an unexpected fault on the flooring which was delivered, within minutes of my call Liam had arranged for the damaged goods to be picked up and replacements to be delivered the next day (which we’re in perfect condition). Exceptional service, would highly recommend and use again.”

“Overall good the lady on the chat line was really good and when I pointed out to her that I did not particularly like that process she said no problem I will ring you so full marks to her. Also in the current climate the fact that they could deliver directly to me within 3 working days was excellent. Many thanks ,I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Best at flooring.”

“How can I even thank you enough? Charlotte was absolutely amazing! I really needed some flooring to come next day and in the middle of this awful pandemic I knew the chances would be slim, however Charlotte went above and beyond to ensure I got my product from the supplier and next day! “The service from best at flooring is excellent, communication was consistent from placing my order to receiving my beautiful floor. Charlotte was very helpful advising me on how to return the unopened surplus flooring which was refunded to my account as soon as they received the boxes. Very friendly and efficient I would definitely recommend best at flooring”
