“My dog loves the liver coated carrot sprinkle treats. But the customer service seems to be non-existent!! Don't try contacting them, cos they don't respond to emails, or their supposed live-chat!”

“I tried to cancel my subscription but my account said no active subscriptions but a pre approved payment hade been taken from my PayPal. I sent numerous emails, none answered, rang the number but they gave me another number. Worst customer service. Still waiting for it to be resolved.”

“I'm a little disappointed that the treats are like bits an not chunks or bite size, I have to put a few in my hand to feed as they are very very small.”

“I was expecting treats that I could feed by hand. However the pieces are so tiny that I can only use the product by sprinkling it over my dogs' food.”

“I’ve given it five stars because of the packaging and the actual product looks good and I had great expectations of my dogs loving it and not getting enough of it but they both hardly took a sniff and walked away so it’s a fail from them I’m afraid 😢😢”

“Ordered from an advert on FB special offer buy 2 get 2 free, great way to try! The order was despatched very quickly. The ingredients are great, healthy for any dog. For my dog they are a little small which I could not tell from the picture, small pieces and crumbs, perfect for smaller dogs but my dog is a guide dog and reward treats while working need to be a good size. They won't be wasted, gifting to a friend. I would still recommend these treats.”
