I have contacted BestSecret customer support several times by email
regarding an overdue refund, but I have not received any response at all.
The returned item was delivered on December 9
(order number 2148302467), yet the refund is still pending.
Can BestSecret explain why customer emails are not being answered
and when this refund will be processed?
Hello! Why is Bestsecret not responding to service@bestsecret.com? I have already sent 5 emails! I also wrote a complaint 2 times on the website, from which I get automatically generated responses.
Return of order number 2141964939. I returned the product with DPD 19-09-2025, but it still has not been accepted at the Bestsecret warehouse, this is what DPD replied. Bestsecret ignores the emails and complaints I wrote on the website. They also do not refund the money. Fraud!

I ordered clothes for my loved one as a gift (birthday), the package did not come to me with the number: (2129758100) and I wrote to them that in the application it says that it was delivered, but it wasn't, and that I need these clothes on time, but the answer was that according to them they are at my place or at a neighbor's place, I told them 100k the email that it's not with me and I filled their complaint form but nothing happened and they even refused to refund my money..????
