Sorry to see you are disappointed, Karen. We do not see that you reached out for a return label yet. Please know that we do have free shipping both ways if you do need to return an item. You still have a couple days to return, so let us know ASAP. The top that you had ordered does run slightly small, and that is noted in the product description, along with the suggestion of sizing up in this top. We are sorry that you missed this when placing your order. For future reference, although most of our clothes do run true to size, if it runs small or large- that will always be noted in the product description. We want you to love our clothes, so please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

“I have been pleased with Betsy Boo's selection, quality and fit. I'm in the automatic selection club so, I get a surprise box once a quarter. So far, I've been pleased with everything. Some of the clothing/shoes are not necessarily items I would have picked out for myself so, I've been pleasantly surprised with the selections.”

“Wow, what an impressive collection of clothes and sizes on the website! You can find so many outfits, and they even put together outfits for you to give suggestions or you can buy the whole set! Ordering is easy, nothing i wanted was out of stock. Great communication with letting me know that my order was placed, sent and delivered. Love betsy boo's!!”
