“The complaint is not having sizes and when asked to notify me when the item is restocked I am never notified. A few items I have ordered have been to tight only in the arms. I always love the selection options and shipments come quickly even if I am able to order when stock.”

“I returned this set as the top & cardi sizes were mislabeled. I ordered a large set. Top fit like XXL & cardi fit like a small. Earrings were cardboard cutouts with a picture poorly glued to it. So disappointed with this set”

“I love love love my camo shorts that i got. They are comfortable, cute & stretchy. The customer service was wonderful & they got her very fast. The only thing that I'm sad about is that I don't have $1000s to spend at Betsy boos because I love everything from here. ;)”

“Through these trying times, I am pleased to say that Betsy Boo’s customer service is like no other. Ordered from them for the first time this month. “I loved the shoes I bought! I ordered 1/2 size bigger than my norm. They are too tight and should have actually went an whole size bigger. I didn't know the material they are made with is a very ""sensitive" material. I pulled them out of the box and left prints on the sides of both shoes. the oil on my shin was not visable, so i was surprised this happened. Do not get me wrong, I LOVE THEM and want a new pair, I just need to be be very careful and wash your hands before touching. I learned the hard way. There are dark spots from fingerprints but I am afraid to put a cleaning agent on them. I left a note for a CSR to call me. I need to send them back but want the return dept to be aware. ORDER #174492, i just need a return label. :) I LOVE everything I get from BBB so I know they will make this right in sending me a new pair. since I am now better aware, i will treat them with white gloves ;)”
